Weekly Guided Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation Classes in Cork, Ireland

Michelle A. Hardwick began facilitating meditation and relaxation classes at the Maryborough Hotel Leisure Centre in Cork, in 2017.
From September 2018 she will be offering two classes – a beginners class from 7.30pm-8.30pm and from 8.30pm-9.30pm an advanced class.

Dates – September 25th from 7.30-8.30pm (Beginners) and 8.30-9.30pm (Advanced).
October 2nd; 9th; 16th; 23rd – 7.30-8.30pm (Beginners) and 8.30pm-9.30pm (Advanced) (not held on 30th Oct).
November 6th; 13th; 20th; 27th – 7.30-8.30pm (Beginners) and 8.30pm-9.30pm (Advanced).
December 4th; 11th; 18th – 7.30-8.30pm (Beginners) and 8.30pm-9.30pm (Advanced).

This is an opportunity to schedule time for self-care, calmness and relaxation into your diaries.
Each evening is tailored to best meet the needs of the group present.  Michelle shares tips and suggestions to help you stay balanced, to nurture yourself and maintain a sense of calm with the stresses and strains of personal and work life. The meditation and relaxation experience will be recorded and the MP3 is sent as an email link the following day after the class. This recording when used, will help you continue your practice at home/in the office/while traveling.

Guided Meditation Experiences

Come along and experience Michelle’s guided meditations  in Passage West, Cork.

Cost – €20 per person, pay as you go
LocationPACE Hall (behind the Library), on the Main Street, Passage West. Click on this link for the exact location. There is parking either side of the Hall and in front of the Library building.
Register – Please register for each meditation, so we have an idea of numbers by texting your name to 087 149 2338, via our Facebook Page; or email.
Dates – From 7.20pm-8.20pm on September 24th; October 8th, 22nd; November 5th, 19th and December 3rd, 17th 2018.
Preparation – Wear warm socks & comfortable clothing. Bring a blanket & pillow;  Notepad/journal & pen; Drinking water in a bottle. Chairs are provided, if you wish to lie down, please bring a yoga mat. Each meditation session will be recorded and sent to you, so you can listen between sessions and strengthen your practice.
Take time for yourself to find your inner peace.
